Iyengar Supportive Therapy Yoga teacher training based on traditional School of B.K. S Iyengar. His style takes roots in hatha yoga and combines approach of alignment of the body, breath and concentration. Adjustment through the belts, blocks, and blankets for the asana, pranayama & meditation based on the body mechanics and kinetics. It helps to reduce injuries, and gradually improve the body parts. Iyengar Yoga is a very gentle style of yoga and follows Patanjali Yoga Sutras as well. Iyengar Yoga could be different style of yoga if it is focused on movement, alignment and breath.
